Cleo Malcolm has been a licensed real estate agent since 1978. Initially working out of Massachusetts, she moved to the Granite State in 1980 and has been serving New Hampshire clients with integrity and diligence, earning her a good reputation in her business and community.
Cleo has experience working with, assisting, and educating people from all walks of life. She was a teacher in the Worcester public school system facilitating a Greek bilingual school program. She continued working in education by volunteering in the Weare NH public school system for a while before branching out into different volunteer opportunities. Always striving to connect with people Cleo has assisted with a number of programs such as Vietnam Veteran outreach and volunteer group counseling programs for couples and women. Working as a member of the Contoocook Valley Counseling Center advisory board and the Concord & Hopkinton Crime Line advisory board, Cleo gained valuable experience helping individuals navigate stressful experiences.
Holding a Broker’s license, Cleo has undergone extensive training and continuing education, keeping her informed and up to date with current laws, requirements and market trends. She specializes in first time home buyers or sellers and those that have been out of the market for a while, utilizing her background and experience to educate her clients throughout the real estate process. She also is an authority on the sale of antique homes, of which New England has plenty!
Cleo lives in Hopkinton with her husband and dog and enjoys spending time with family, gardening, photography, skiing, and antiquing.
